Yes, you can. Follow the simple steps mentioned below to shop from your previous order: Sign In with your credentials. Click on “ORDER STATUS” link located on the home page. You are taken to the page where you can see the list of all your previous orders. You will see “Re-Order” button next to your orders. Click on the button and all the items from previous order will be added into your shopping cart. After all the items are added in your shopping cart, you can add/remove any items as required.

Answer: We do not have the option of choosing multiple modes of payment for a single order at this point; you can make payment using only one mode for one order.

- Answer: Change the Delivery Time Slot:
- You can change the delivery time slot of your order by going to ‘My Orders’ link on the On the web site,
- you will find ‘My Orders’ in the ‘My Account’ section.

- it means that we have already packed or dispatched your order and cannot make slot changes.

You can place the order online and collect it from your convenient Chowkbazar Pick Up Point at the time,date and location chosen by you. There are no delivery charges.
At Chowkbazar, we have a steadfast team of delivery and a fleet of vehicles plying across the city ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Question : What is delivery time slot ?
Answer :Delivery Slot is the time period chosen by you to either pick up your order from the Chowkbazar Pick Up Point OR get it delivered to your preferred address.
Question : Can I change my delivery time slot or Home delivery or Store Pickup after placing an order ?
Answer: You can change your delivery slot after placing the order. Follow the 3 easy steps to change the delivery time or date of your Order: Login to the Site/App using your credentials.
Go to “My Account” page and select ‘My Orders’ link.
Click on the link ‘change’ under ‘Delivery Date & Time’ to change your time slot.
In case you do not see the ‘Change’ link, it means that we have already initiated processing your order and no changes can be made to it now. You cannot make changes to the type of delivery i.e. Home delivery / Pick-up after placing the order. You can opt to cancel your order completely and place a new one.
Question : Do You have any express delivery or same day delivery ?
Answer: We do not have same day or EXPRESS DELIVERY option as of now.

- Question : Can I someone else to collect the order on my behalf ?
- Answer: Yes, you can send someone on your behalf to collect your order. They will have to display the Order Id and Pickup Verification Code sent to the registered mobile number.
Question :If I have received a defective , wrong or an expied item(s), how do i returned it ?
Answer:We take utmost care to ensure that such instances do not take place, however, if you find the delivered item as defective, wrong or expired, you can chose to reject it at the time of delivery, or you can return it at any of our CHOWKBAZAR Pick Up Points within 7 days of accepting the delivery.

Question : I want to return an item which was home delivered, Can i schedule a home pickup ?
Answer: No. Right now we do not offer home pick up service for returning an item. You can go to any of our Chowkbazar Pick Up Point and return an item.
Question : I want to exchange an item that I purchased from Chowkbazar.com what I need to ?
Answer: We at Chowkbazar do not encourage exchanging a product for another. However, you can return the item at any of our Chowkbazar Pick Up Point within 7 days of accepting the delivery. To know more, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Question : Can I returned an Items to a pickup point from the original pickup point ?
Answer: You can return your items only at a Chowkbazar Pick Up Point. The return of the item (s) can be made at any of our Pick Up Points within 7 days of accepting its delivery. To know more, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Question : Can I return an item which was accepted by me, however now I want a refund ?
Answer: Yes, most certainly. Your refund will be issued in the same mode in which the payment was made, provided you return the item(s) within 7 days of accepting its delivery.
If you had made the payment in cash at the time of delivery, you will receive the refund in cash provided you return the product within the time period of 7 days post accepting its delivery.
If you made the payment online, the refund process will get initiated once we receive returns from you. We will inform you via SMS and/ or Email once your refund request is initiated. The bank usually takes 3 – 5 working days to process the amount.
Question : I got confirmation regarding my refund being processed, but still I haven’t received it , what I do I do ?
Answer: It usually takes 3 – 5 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account/ credit card account, once the refund has been initiated. If you do not receive your refund amount even after 3 – 5 working days, request you to confirm it with your bank.
