When you are paying for more than one orders in a single transaction, your transaction will be canceled and refunded if you cancel any of the orders in the transaction during the verification period (PayPal E-Check verification included). Also, you will have to make another payment for the orders that are not canceled.

Situation 1: My bank account has been charged but no transaction record in my Chowkbazar account.

There might be 1-60 minutes process time for corresponding staff to operate with your Chowkbazar account by following payments, PayPal, International cards, please check later. If it is still not shown in your Chowkbazar account after 1 hour topped up, please contact Chowkbazar customer service with the relevant information (top up time, payment methods, top up account either  PayPal, top up amount, top up times and transaction numbers. Or you can forward the payment confirmation  to  Support Portal.

Situation 2: My PayPal account has already been charged, but system shows ‘PayPal top up freeze, waiting for bank verification’.

This is the reaction by PayPal due to the risk control verification, where the process time is normally within 3 business days. Once the verification is successful, the corresponding amount will be added to your Chowkbazar  account. If not, the amount of money will be returned to your PayPal account. Please bear with it. If you are in hurry, please contact PayPal for further consultation.

Situation 3: My PayPal account has already been charged, but system shows ‘PayPal top up freeze, waiting for the e-check verification’.

This is the reaction by PayPal when you topped up with e-check. There are 3-7 working days between the bank and PayPal to verify this e-check. Please bear with it. Once it is verified, the corresponding amount will be added to your Chowkbazar account. If not, the amount of money will be returned to your PayPal account. Please bear with it. If you are in hurry, please contact PayPal for further consultation.

Refunds to your PayPal account is approximately 2-3 working days ( including Chowkbazar’s processing time)

International Credit Card ( PayPal/ Stripe) 

Refunds to your International Credit Card is approximately 3-10 working days ( including Chowkbazar’s processing time)

Paying via PayPal causes frozen status: due to your account is abnormal, your topping up money will be frozen by bank and wait for verify. At that period of top up, money will be transferred into frozen account. We suggest you to contact your bank immediately, or you can contact Chowkbazar online customer service for help.

Q: When will it appear in my Chowkbazar  account after topping up?

A: If you select PayPal payment, most of the time it will show in your account immediately (except e-check and risk of freezing of PayPal, the final actual processing time shall prevail).

Q: What if I successfully paid by using PayPal but money is still not shown in my  Chowkbazar account?

A: Please login to your Chowkbazar account and send an email to service mailbox [email protected], provide your method of payment, transaction date of payment, the amount of payment or order number and registered member name of Chowkbazar to Chowkbazar customer service team. Within 2 working days after receiving your information and verified by our accountant, the money will be added to your Chowkbazar account manually.

If you want to withdraw money from Chowkbazar account balance to your top up account, you can apply via “Account”-”Withdrawal Requests”.

-Put how much amount you would like to Withdraw , you can full amount or partial amount its up-to you.

-Select PayPal /your Bank 

-If you select Paypal put your PayPal email id , if you select Bank : please provide us your Credit card  bak account details:

We will process your application within 2-3 working days, after which the withdrawal amount will be returned to your original top up account (PayPal account or third-party payment account). During the processing period, the money you apply for withdrawal will be frozen in order to ensure the actual withdrawal amount meets your original application.
